MYFA - What do you get?

Tackle players, cheerleaders, and flag participants receive all necessary equipment uniforms, and pads.
MYFA its the only Youth football organization to fully fund its commitments–
NO CHILD WILL BE TURNED AWAY BECAUSE OF INABILITY TO PAY.

2011 season:
Tackle or Cheerleading- $95.00
Coed Flag- Spring and Fall Mascots $45
Late Fee $20.00 does apply after July 1, 2010
NEW FOR 2011 - Medina City SAP Fees have been eliminated. You will not pay Medina this fee.
However, MYFA is collecting a Medina City Participation Fee, which is already included in the above pricing.

Children of active US Military play for free. Those requesting scholarships due to financial hardship may write request on this form, attach a note, or contact a MYFA board member to discuss. NO CHILD WILL BE TURNED AWAY FOR INABILITY TO PAY. Verification of the participant’s date of birth (e.g. Copy of Birth Certificate, Baptismal Record, or Notarized Statement) will be required later. Football Participants from outside the Medina City Limits must have a Sports Activity Permit # (SAP) to play (street address or house # is 1400 or more). NO SAP needed for FLAG or CHEER (New for 2008)! No refunds will be granted after August 8, 2010.
